Waiver and Indemnity Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that participation in the Southcity Classic Duathlon Race/s involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of injury, property damage, and loss. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, or damages, whether known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation.

Permission to Access Farm Property

Doveton Farms PTY Ltd & Naileben Properties PTY Ltd:

We confirm that Doveton Farms PTY Ltd & Naileben Properties PTY Ltd grant permission for Southcity Christian Schools to use our farm property situated at Alford Avenue, Ramsgate, 4285, for the Southcity Classic 5km Run/Cycle Event on 9 August 2025.

This permission is contingent upon the school’s liability cover noting our property. Doveton Farms PTY Ltd and Naileben Properties PTY Ltd disclaim any liability for injuries or losses incurred by participants or organizers during the event on our premises.

Waiver of Claims

I hereby waive, release, and discharge all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, against Southcity Christian Schools, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, Doveton Farms PTY Ltd, Naileben Properties PTY Ltd, and any associated parties, arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Binding Agreement

I understand and agree that this waiver and release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
