By purchasing a ticket for WONKA! THE WHIMSICAL, patrons acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

• Patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the advertised curtain-up time.
• Seating is unreserved and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Theatre doors will open approximately 15 minutes before the performance begins.
• Late arrivals may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of Front of House staff.

INTERVAL

• A 20-minute interval will take place during the performance.
• Patrons are encouraged to eat before attending the production.
• The interval may not provide sufficient time for a full meal.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

• No eating is permitted inside the theatre auditorium.
• No alcohol may be consumed inside the theatre during the performance.
• Food and beverages are available from the Wild Coast Sun Food Court and nearby restaurants.
• Vida Café will remain open after the performance for patrons wishing to purchase refreshments.

CHILDREN

• Children under the age of 3 years do not require a ticket if seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.
• Parents and guardians are advised that the production is lengthy and audience members are required to remain seated throughout the performance.
• Attendance by children under the age of 3 years is therefore not recommended.

COMFORT

• The theatre is air-conditioned and may become cool during performances.
• Patrons are encouraged to bring a warm jersey or jacket.

TICKETS

• Tickets are subject to availability.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended as performances may sell out.
• Tickets may be purchased at the door, subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are not transferable to another performance unless authorised by the organisers.
• Lost tickets remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Entry is subject to presentation of a valid ticket.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

• Photography, video recording and audio recording during the performance are strictly prohibited.
• Audience members are welcome to take photographs during the Meet the Cast session after the performance.

MEET THE CAST

• A Meet the Cast session will take place immediately after each performance outside the theatre foyer.
• Audience members are welcome to meet performers and take photographs.

DIGITAL PROGRAMME

• Programmes will be provided digitally.
• Information on accessing the digital programme will be available from Front of House staff at the theatre.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any patron whose behaviour disrupts the performance or negatively affects the experience of other audience members.
• Attendance at the performance is at the patron’s own risk.
• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the cast, programme, venue, performance schedule or other production arrangements should circumstances require.
• By completing a booking, patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and Important Patron Information.
